The Stories of Báer Denron
Denron is a neighbourhood situated in the District of Vöhren, which is a part of Amt Aldáer. The community is predominantly inhabited by farmers, with the most notable estates being Lutz, Lympha and Hochter. These estates are primarily owned by a Deanery, with the exception of the Lympha estate, whose residents have complete ownership of the land and are recognized as free farmers. The majority of the neighbourhood is covered by a dense, ancient pine forest known as "Grenn Forest". This forest is protected due to its age and ecological value, with only small portions developed into farmland. Grenn Forest is utilized for agroforestry, where various crops are grown amidst the ancient trees, including fruit and nut trees, mushrooms, as well as locally present species like juniper, cranberry, and blackberries. Additionally, animals such as sheep, chickens, and deer are raised by man in the forest. In the southeast of the neighbourhood lies a raised bog, an extension of the Wester Wüste. The bogland is utilized for peat-mining, and the ponds are used for retting flax.

Lutz FarmLutz Farm is a small farm situated in the Denron neighbourhood of the Vöhren district. The Lutz family has owned and run the farm for centuries. They cultivate a range of crops, including rye, buckwheat, and flax, and sell them to other farmers and companies. Moreover, they have a small vegetable garden and a few cows for personal consumption.

The farm is located in a bogland that is an extension of the Wester Wüste. The bogland comprises of several ponds that residents of the area can use to cultivate flax. Previously, the farm was situated in a drier area, but due to forestation, the soil quality has decreased, making farming more challenging.

The farm is comprised of a single building, which serves as a home for both the family and the animals. The main living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, with the living room also doubling as a bedroom for the elderly residents. Also, the house covers two stables - one for cows and pigs and a separate stable for horses. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a storage area.
